A 2005 Defender 110 Crew Cab pick-up, one of the less common body styles Land Rover built. Twenty years of work had left their mark: rust underneath and a tired cabin. One owner took it on and managed every step of the rebuild.
A nut-and-bolt restored Crew Cab pick-up. Every system taken apart and rebuilt, and all of it on film.
They say you cannot improve an icon. This one was taken apart to the last bolt and rebuilt one specialist at a time.

Taken down to the bare chassis. Rust cut out, metal repaired, everything coated against water, salt and heat. Every nut and bolt replaced with stainless steel, then the whole body finished in Raptor HD.

The 2.5 TD5 rebuilt and given a Stage 1 tune. Gearbox rebuilt with OEM parts, a new 1:1.2 transfer box, Ashcroft axles with limited-slip diffs front and rear. Every seal Corteco, every bearing Timken. Each job went to the specialist who does it best, dozens of workshops in the end.

Then the cabin, done properly. Dynamat throughout, an Alcantara headliner, leather-trimmed door cards, sport seats up front and a rebuilt air conditioning system.

Then tested where it counts: up Vitosha mountain, along the Maritsa river, and on the highway between Sofia, Plovdiv and Dimitrovgrad. Off-road it grips. On the highway the cabin stays quiet.

The build is finished and it has been driven. Now that money goes back into my business. Nothing more to it.

I managed the rebuild myself and took every job to a specialist who does that job well. Dozens of workshops in total, one system at a time. Happy to walk you through any part of it at the viewing.
The original odometer failed and was replaced, so the current reading does not show the full history. The total is estimated at around 200,000 km. The engine, gearbox, axles, steering and suspension were all rebuilt as part of the restoration.
Parts marked Genuine Land Rover or OEM in the build list are original or original-spec. Upgrades such as the Ashcroft axles and Britpart springs are named by brand, so you always know what is fitted.
Usually yes, but check your country's rules first for the Stage 1 tune, the 2 in lift and the 30 mm wheel spacers. In some countries, Germany for example, modifications need inspection approval. Ask and we will share the paperwork we have.

No. It is a 2005 vehicle sold as seen, which is exactly why every inspection is welcome.
